County Committee Meetings:
The County Committee meets on the third Thursday each month during the season, apart from November when the meeting is usually held at the end of the month. No meeting is normally scheduled for December.
Through the Branch network the Committee provides an RAE Representative in the foyer at all NCFA Disciplinary Commissions. The Representative will offer advice and support to referees before and after attendance at the Commission.
Branch Meetings: Branches meet locally once a month during the season. Meeting nights vary (details can be obtained from the secretaries listed above).

ONGOING ADVICE:

Referees are reminded of the need to control the use of 'industrial language' that can be deemed Offensive, Insulting or Abusive.

Referees must take care when recording cautions and send offs. Do not rely on team sheets because on some occasions players have worn a shirt with a different number to that recorded on the team sheet.

If referees experience problems as a result of spectators etc consuming alcohol on the touchline during matches at grounds where there are bar facilities, they should report the matter to the appropriate county FA and advise the County RAE via the email facility on this website.

Referees are reminded that metal cup hooks for goal nets are illegal. Do not allow a match to proceed if these items are in use. Also, the minimum age for a player in adult football is 16.
